Selected Hotel

We’ll stay at a well-appointed 3 or 4-star hotel. The comfortable rooms are en suite and other facilities include a bar and restaurant. 

Hotel accessibility information

Your hotel will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks before departure, therefore we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have a lift and/or ground floor rooms and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Day 1

From a morning pickup in your local area we travel by coach to our hotel in time for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 2

We travel to the picturesque town of Haworth or Oxenhope to board our train behind the magnificent locomotive, the Flying Scotsman for our anniversary celebration journey on the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway. We marvel at the stunning countryside views and sit back and relax on our 75-minute journey. To make your journey extra special there’s the chance to upgrade to your ticket to either Premium Class (complete with complimentary cream tea) or Pullman Class (offering elegant carriages with traditional décor and a cream tea to enjoy in the most comfortable seats on the train). Afterwards, we enjoy time in the picturesque village of Haworth before boarding the coach back to our hotel.

Day 3

Today we spend time at a town or site of interest, depending on the location of your hotel and the route we take to get you home.
