RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2024

The iconic RHS Chelsea Flower Show has been dubbed ‘the garden equivalent of Paris Fashion Week’ and for many it is a highlight event of the gardening season. Every year the grounds of the Royal Hospital, Chelsea are transformed into a patchwork of show gardens, captivating urban gardens, inspirational small gardens and vibrant plant displays as the most talented of the gardening world gather for the UK’s most famous and prestigious flower show, showcasing the latest in horticultural design innovation.

 

This show is the one the top professionals want to be known for, with hundreds of exhibitors all striving for a Chelsea Gold Medal. The Great Pavilion is the centrepiece, housing a vast exhibition of displays by growers from all over the world, the Floral Design Studio showcases some of the most creative and technically accomplished floral designers from around the world, while the Show Gardens incorporate tranquil water features, sculptures and carefully conceived plantings, making them an annual highlight of the show. Hotel accessibility information

Your hotel will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks before departure, therefore we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have a lift and/or ground floor rooms and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Day 1

From a morning pickup in your local area we travel by coach to our hotel, arriving in time for dinner and to enjoy a relaxing overnight stay.

 

Day 2

After breakfast, we head to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show. With a huge range of designs, plants and plots, there are ideas here for every taste and growing space. There are plenty of refreshments available too, everything from cafés, farmers’ market stalls, wood-fired pizza and seafood restaurants to a real ale bar and champagne lounge. Or you might want to picnic and relax to the sound of live music at the Ranelagh Gardens bandstand. By the time we set off on the journey home in the early evening, you’ll have so many ideas you will be raring to start creating in your own garden!
