Newport (half day)

For our included half-day excursion, we enjoy a visit to the island’s bustling capital, Newport. This picturesque town centres on two squares surrounded by elegant Georgian and Victorian architecture. Explore the historic quayside or browse the selection of speciality shops here.

Round the Island tour (£15pp) (full day)

Join an optional Island Highlights tour to discover more of the island’s sights, including the historic port town of Yarmouth, with its charming harbour, lovely eateries and wooden pier, plus the rocky outcrop of ‘The Needles’, the Isle of Wight’s most iconic location.

Accommodation

The Shanklin Beach Hotel is located on Shanklin’s seafront, offering stunning sea views. The contemporary en-suite rooms feature satellite TV and tea and coffee-making facilities. The hotel also offers a bar and restaurant with views of the esplanade.

JG2+ rated hotels offer a slightly higher standard of hospitality, often with good home cooking plus enhanced décor, facilities and services, which is recognised and welcomed by our customers. Food may be buffet style in some of the larger hotels. The Royal Pier Hotel boasts a seafront location in the resort of Sandown, facing one of the finest beaches on the Isle of Wight, and offers easy access to the town centre.
