Take to the sky on one of London’s tallest attractions! Marvel at the mesmerising 360-degree views of London as you take a sky ride on the London Eye, Europe’s tallest observation wheel. The London Eye is centrally located in the heart of the capital, gracefully rotating over the River Thames opposite the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben. The ride in one of the 32 glass capsules takes approximately 30 minutes and interactive guides allow you to spot a whole host of iconic landmarks! This great-value break also includes free time to explore London at your leisure.

Highlights

  • Return coach travel
  • Overnight stay at a selected hotel outside London (JG3 or JG4 rating) with breakfast
  • Timed ticket for the London Eye
  • Free time in London for shopping & sightseeing

Itinerary

From a morning pickup in your local area, we travel by coach to central London. We enjoy time at leisure before making our way to the London Eye for our spectacular sky ride. Afterwards, we have time for an early dinner (not included) before the coach takes us to our hotel for our overnight stay.

After breakfast at the hotel, we travel by coach into central London, where we have time to spend at leisure, exploring the sights and attractions of the city. Our coach departs for home in the mid-afternoon.

Accommodation

We’ll stay at a well-appointed hotel outside London (JG3 or JG4 rating). The comfortable rooms are en suite and other facilities include a bar and restaurant.

Your hotel will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks before departure, therefore we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have a lift and/or ground floor rooms and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Hotel Rating

Hotels with a JG3 rating tend to be a more formal style of hotel, often part of a hotel chain, or are very-welcoming family-owned properties. Generally, they offer a greater range of facilities and services, and bedrooms tend to be a little more spacious with additional features. Public areas are larger and include lounge seating, bar and restaurant with good quality food served either buffet style or waiter service.

Accommodation in our JG4 category is of an even higher standard, typically offering a wide range of facilities and services. Bedrooms are designed to make your stay the most comfortable possible and the staff provide a service that reflects the detail and quality. You can also expect higher standards of food and beverages.

Helpful Information

All of our London breaks include free time at leisure and we use a central coach drop-off point for our London tours, so these breaks may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. You will be required to make your own way to the theatre and/or attraction.
