Itinerary

From a morning pick up in your local area, we travel by coach to our hotel. After checking in and a chance to relax, we travel to Birmingham’s bp pulse LIVE (formerly the Resorts World Arena) where there’s free time to grab a bite to eat before the spectacular Diana Ross - A Symphonic Celebration. Tonight’s show will be a memorable, once-in-a-lifetime celebration of Diana Ross’s musical talents. After the show, we rejoin the coach and return to the hotel for our overnight stay.

After breakfast we check out of our hotel and head to Stratford-upon-Avon to enjoy some free time at leisure. We rejoin the coach in the afternoon for our journey home.

Accommodation

We’ll stay at a well-appointed hotel. The comfortable rooms are en suite and other facilities include a bar and restaurant. Meals may be buffet style.

Your hotel will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks before departure, therefore we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have a lift and/or ground floor rooms and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Hotel Rating

Hotels with a JG3 rating tend to be a more formal style of hotel, often part of a hotel chain, or are very-welcoming family-owned properties. Generally, they offer a greater range of facilities and services, and bedrooms tend to be a little more spacious with additional features. Public areas are larger and include lounge seating, bar and restaurant with good quality food served either buffet style or waiter service.

Accommodation in our JG4 category is of an even higher standard, typically offering a wide range of facilities and services. Bedrooms are designed to make your stay the most comfortable possible and the staff provide a service that reflects the detail and quality. You can also expect higher standards of food and beverages.

Helpful Information

We recommend pre-booking a restaurant in the vicinity of the venue well in advance as they tend to book up early.

In most cases, event tickets will be for seats located in middle or upper tiers of the venue which may require the negotiation of steps/stairs and therefore may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. While most venues have lift access, these may not serve all seating areas. There may also be some walking involved from the coach drop-off point to the entrance of the venue.
