We combine all this entertainment with included excursions to some of the island’s highlights, pretty Ryde, Cowes and Shanklin, so go ahead and treat yourself!

Itinerary

Included Excursions

Ryde & Cowes (half day)

We make our way to the seaside resort of Ryde, with its long stretch of golden sand, pretty esplanade and marina. Take a leisurely stroll along the famous pier, the oldest in England, or admire the boats moored in the town’s harbour. We then head to Cowes, where many of the town’s ornate buildings date from Queen Victoria’s time and are in the style popularised by her consort Prince Albert.

 

Shanklin (half day)

We spend half a day exploring Shanklin, nestled in the sheltered south-east corner of the island. Enjoy a relaxing walk along the sandy beaches taking in the sights of the striking cliffs and colourful beach huts, or have a wander through the village and discover the many independent shops, restaurants and pubs.



Optional Excursion

Island Highlights Tour - Ventnor, Alum Bay (Needles View), Yarmouth & Newport – £14pp (full day)

Join our optional excursion for a special Island Highlights Tour. We discover the pretty resort of Ventnor, Alum Bay’s colourful sands with views out to the rocky outcrop ‘The Needles’ and the historic port town of Yarmouth. We finish our tour at the bustling capital of the island, Newport. This picturesque town centres on two squares surrounded by elegant Georgian and Victorian architecture. Take the chance to explore the historic quayside or browse the selection of speciality shops here.

Accommodation

The Norton Grange Coastal Village is situated on the Isle of Wight’s west coast near Yarmouth. The excellent accommodation is chalet-style and the complex also boasts a huge range of leisure facilities including a games room, indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and bubble pool. There is also a full entertainment programme. 

 

Please note: all Warner hotels are for adults only and guests must be age 18 or over.

Included in your stay at the Norton Grange Coastal Village:

  • Leisure centre with indoor heated swimming pool and sauna
  • Activities: archery, crossbow, rifle shooting, self-guided walks and cycling routes, indoor short mat bowls, putt, croquet and a grounds tour. (These can be arranged upon arrival and are subject to Warner’s Terms and Conditions. Minimum numbers may apply.)
