Meet The Team: Brad Matthews

1. Please can you introduce yourself?
   My name is  Brad Matthews. I'm a Sales Team Leader and have worked at Just Go Holidays since February 2020. 
   
   
2. What's a typical day like at Just Go Holidays for you?
   My working day always begins with the morning meeting with the Reservations team. (Referred to as the Circle of Truth) where we go over what happened during the previous day and talk about any issues that may have arisen. The rest of my day is filled with training staff and helping the team resolve any matters that crop up throughout the course of the day.
   
   
3. What do you most enjoy about working at The JG Travel Group?
   The atmosphere. Everyone is always having a laugh -  while providing customers with the best service they can, of course. As well as putting up with my ‘dad jokes’!
   
   
4. What's your go-to getaway to recommend to customers and why?
   The Isle of Wight, one of the best breaks we offer with access to the beach. Who doesn’t love a cheeky ice cream while relaxing on the sand?
   
   
5. Do you have a top tip for customers going on holiday?
   Take advantage of the bar, it’s a great place to meet people - especially if we are running a 2 for 1 drinks offer! 
   
   
6. What's your favourite holiday destination?
   Berlin. The music and events are incredible there. 
   
   
7. Are there any new tours that you're particularly looking forward to?
   Discover Jersey. It’s one of my favourite holiday destinations from my youth. My grandparents would take me there every September to make sure I got to see the Air Shows.
   
   
8. How do you spend your free time outside of the office?
   When I’m not working I will either be in the gym or surfing.
