Meet The Team: Ryan Mann

1. Please can you introduce yourself?
   My name is Ryan Mann. I’ve worked at Just Go! Holidays since April 2019 in the role of Reservations Assistant, and I will be moving into the role of Transport Assistant from August 2021. 
2. What's a typical day like at Just Go Holidays for you?
   Busy! It definitely keeps me out of mischief! If I’m not on the phone speaking to our lovely customers and booking their breaks, I am writing to them via email or our social media pages. I can usually be found fixed to my computer, booking a break for one customer or amending a booking for another. I fancied a new challenge in the company so I will be joining our Operations department as a Transport Assistant, where I’ll be routing coaches for our breaks, booking flights and sorting out general administration relating to our customers' holidays. 
3. What do you most enjoy about working at The JG Travel Group?
   The fabulous people I get to work with and our great, loyal customers, who we speak to daily. And, of course, the banter that comes from the company that has such a lovely family atmosphere. 
4. What's your go-to getaway to recommend to customers and why?
   It’s an old favourite, but I often recommend our Newquay, Eden Project and Poldark’s Cornwall break. It’s got some of the most picturesque scenery that you’ll see in the UK. Maybe I’m biased, but I love Cornwall!
5. Do you have a top tip for customers going on holiday?
   Pack the sun cream and a raincoat! 
6. What's your favourite holiday destination?
   I’d say my favourite holiday destination is Tunisia. All the locals are so lovely and helpful. It's a beautiful place with amazing food and culture! 
7. Are there any new tours that you're particularly looking forward to?
   I would say Krakow, Auschwitz & the Tatra Mountains for 2022. It looks absolutely visually stunning. I’m all about those mountain views! 
8. How do you spend your free time outside of the office?
   You’ll generally find me walking the dogs, binge-watching a TV series or catching up with friends and family.
