The name 'Kynren', comes from the Anglo Saxon word 'cynren' which effectively means 'generation, kindred, family'. It takes us from the early myth and religion, to the kings. Queens and Prince Bishops who ruled us: from the Roman, Viking and Norman invaders who joined us: to the playwrights and inventors who created our heritage, and to those that sacrificed all they had, to give us a future.
